Nice and helpful staff, excellent brunch on Sunday morning, close to the railway station, huge room.
Only minor things: outdated room, would need painting. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom.

Greatly enjoyed the room with mountain view. My bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was central, adjacent to a nearby restaurant in the corner of the street, main train station, and Interlaken Ost.

The property was fairly clean and featured lovely design. I GREATly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel had a great location close to Unterseen Castle and the area was lovely. The superior king room had all the basic facilities you need, including a safe, cable TV, and a mini-fridge-bar.

Loved staying at the standard king room with stunning view and balcony plus table and chairs. The breakfast was very good with fantastic-champagne and a great view, as example, the staff was courteous and nice.

Fantastic breakfast is included. Within walking distance to Interlaken West Trainstation and if you prefer a bus stop next to the hotel can even take you to the train. Cute little town area. Very clean and friendly staff. Simple, clean rooms. One of the more affordable places in the Interlaken area. Would stay there again.
Request a room with wood floors. Mine had carpet, which was fine but the wood floors in my friend's room were very nice.

We are picky with hotels and this was an excellent value for money. The hotel was extremly clean, really big rooms with good sotrage area. Excellent staff and very very helpful.
Just the TV was too small. All in all it was excellent

Comfortable. Nice view, fresh air. The 'mobility pass' is really beneficial. Staff (Hans) is excellent. Location though a bit far from the Interlaken West Station, but is compensated by the 'mobility pass'.
Different info given for check-out time in website and the hotel. Should tally the info to avoid confusion. Also, there were no shampoo/soap/bath foam provided.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good much Really good location
The bathroom could do with a bit of refurbishment which we were told is happening before next summer The room was much more expensive than the last time we stayed there with no visible improvements to the accomodation
